All accredited repairers are required to meet or exceed the highest levels of equipment, certification and training and must warranty the repair for a minimum of 1 year (check with your repair shop, some may guarantee their work for longer). SGI has accredited more than 200 collision repair facilities throughout Saskatchewan.
There are 4 levels of accreditation for SGI-approved repair shops:
Elite*** - Top level of recognition, exceeding SGI’s requirements for certification. Can perform vehicle damage estimates on eligible claims.
Select** - Exceeds SGI’s requirements for certification. Can perform vehicle damage estimates on eligible claims.
Standard* - Exceeds SGI’s requirements for certification. Cannot perform vehicle damage estimates.
Basic - Meets SGI’s minimum requirements for certification. Cannot perform vehicle damage estimates.

SGI is concerned about your privacy and works to protect your information. As part of the Claims process, SGI collects and shares your personal information with the accredited collision repair shop you choose to repair your vehicle. Please be advised that some repair shops may store customer information in the cloud, meaning your personal information may be stored in the United States or elsewhere. If you have any questions about where your personal information will be stored by your repair shop, be sure to ask when booking your vehicle in for repair or an estimate.
