All Saskatchewan residents start out with No Fault Coverage.
You can't choose the coverage you want after you've been injured. The coverage you have at the time of a collision is the coverage you'll receive for any injuries you suffer.
Whichever coverage you choose will remain in effect until either:
- You file a declaration form changing it.
- You're no longer a Saskatchewan resident.
