Username and password
Confirm that you are using the correct username (your National Safety Code number) and password. If this is your 1st time accessing the system, use the password SGI assigned to you. Once you have accessed the system using this password, you may change it to something else. Remember that the username and password are case sensitive. This means if your password is secret, it must be entered in lower case letters. If you enter SECRET or Secret, the system will not grant you access.
You may be receiving the message 'URL not found or unavailable.' If so, please confirm that your address or location field reads: https://autofund.sgi.sk.ca.
Note: The link is also case sensitive.
If the username, password, and location you are using are correct, yet you are still unable to access the system, there may be a problem with your own computer system. Also, your internet service provider may be having technical difficulties. If you have systems support staff, you should contact them to investigate these possibilities and ensure your system is working properly.
