Safety performance ratings are based on the carrier's 12-month record for convictions, at-fault accidents, and on-road Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) inspections based on national standards as defined by the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators (CCMTA).
These ratings are maintained in 4 safety rating categories based on these thresholds for infraction points.
