SGI certifies all of the driver training schools in Saskatchewan that provide Class 5, Class 1 and Endorsement “6” (Motorcycle Training) education. Use our application to find an SGI certified Driver Education school near you. You can refine your search to include only those schools that offer instruction in the licence classification that you require.

  • Class 5 –  a regular driver’s licence
  • Class 1 – Power units and semi-trailers, and trucks which have a trailer(s) or vehicle(s) in tow where the gross weight of the towed unit(s) exceeds 4,600 kg. It also includes vehicles with air brakes.
  • Motorcycle Training

The mandatory Driver Education program in Saskatchewan consists of six hours in-car and six hours in-class instruction for everyone who has not completed driver training through a Saskatchewan high school driver education program.
