SGI maintains a database of suppliers who wish to bid on specific goods or services. In order to bid on SGI procurement opportunities they must register with SGI.
To register, complete the Vendor Registration form (pdf, 15.1 kb). You can fax, mail or email it to us with any additional information you would like to include. You can update your goods and services listing at any time.
Once you are registered you will be invited to participate in tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities.

Regina, SK S4P 0J9
Vendors are encouraged to ensure their vendor registrations remain up-to-date (commodities, etc.) as our buyers refer to this information when notifying vendors of procurement opportunities.
Note: If you have previously registered your business through the Ministry of Government Services (now called Central Services), you are not automatically registered with SGI or any other Crown corporation.
We believe in valuing and actively supporting diversity. The corporation does this by ensuring all groups in the province have the ability to compete on goods and services.
