Vehicles are separated into different classes depending on the type of vehicle and what it's used for.

Vehicle classes establish if your vehicle has any special operating requirements or equipment regulations. They also help determine the cost of your registration fee and insurance premium.

Your certificate of registration indicates the class your vehicle is registered in.
