No holder of a Class 7 licence is eligible for a higher class of driver's licence unless the driver has completed the High School Driver Education Program or has received a minimum of six hours of in-car and six hours of in-class instruction from a licensed driving instructor. A Driver Education Certificate will be issued by the instructor upon completion of your training and must be presented to the driver examiner prior to a road test.
