  • Flu vaccine program - provides free flu immunization to all employees.
  • Stop Smoking program - reimburses employees for smoking cessation initiatives.
  • Elder Care program - provides information, support and assistance for employees caring for aging parents or other elderly dependents.

Computer Purchase Plan

Employees can apply for an interest-free loan from SGI to purchase computer equipment, computer software and computer furniture.

Staff discounts

Employees and their immediate family members receive 10% off SGI CANADA Personal Lines products purchased through their broker, such as home, tenant or extension auto insurance. Employees also receive 20% off mechanical parts and 30% off sheet metal parts through SGI Salvage.
