When estimating distance in any jurisdiction on the SK-IRP-001 - Fleet Carrier Information form, estimates must be justified using the following worksheets.

For each trip, list the jurisdictions in which travel is intended, the estimated distance, multiplied by the number of estimated trips. This should yield the total estimated kilometres that you would travel in a 12-month period. Transfer the 'Total Kilometres Per Year' for each jurisdiction to the SK-IRP-001 form.

A Distance Reference Guide in the IRP Carrier Information Manual (pdf, 1.13 mb) is a available to use as a guideline to complete worksheet.
