Advertising dollars are spread evenly throughout the province.
Guidelines are as follows:
- Requests for goodwill advertising must be received at least 20 working days prior to the date that the finished ad is required.
- Goodwill advertising dollars will not be used for features unrelated to key business priorities, for example Christmas greetings.
- Goodwill advertising dollars will not be used for advertising features which duplicate any other province-wide advertising campaign the corporation is involved in, such as drinking and driving advertising features undertaken during the Christmas season.
- Goodwill advertising dollars will not be used for newspaper ad campaigns for congratulatory or other messages in support of charitable organizations. Rather, support may be provided directly to the charitable organization involved.
