MySGI expands to even more customers

Co-owners and company customers can now take advantage of SGI's convenient online service, MySGI.

“Since we launched MySGI in 2010, we've been committed to expanding the service to benefit as many customers as possible,” said Lyle Mosiondz, SGI Assistant Vice President, Auto Fund Vehicle and Support Services. “This change brings us a step closer to reaching that goal and will help us meet the demand for more online transactions.”

Group customers (vehicle co-owners) and most company customers can now renew or cancel vehicle registrations (in select registration classes), pay outstanding receivables using a credit card, update contact information and complete their annual declarations if they're on monthly payments.

In addition to the transactions listed above, individual customers can also do most of their business with SGI online, including making their annual driver's licence payment; viewing personal information, driver information, vehicle information and notices; requesting driver abstracts, including commercial abstracts; and scheduling Class 5 (private passenger cars and trucks) or motorcycle road test appointments.

“MySGI will continue to expand to offer more services as time goes on, so customers should check in to see what's new,” said Mosiondz.

Customers can now also choose to go green by receiving select SGI correspondence, such as renewal letters, by email whether or not they have MySGI accounts.
