SGI continues to be one of Canada's top employers

For the fourth straight year, SGI has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers by Mediacorp Canada Inc.

"We know that Saskatchewan is a great place to live and raise a family, and it's clear that employers like SGI are one of the reasons it's also a great place to work," said Minister Responsible for SGI Tim McMillan. "I'd like to commend SGI for the continued recognition as one of the country's top employers, and for all the work they do to attract and retain their highly skilled workforce."

Each winner is graded by Mediacorp editors on eight key areas: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

SGI scored high marks for its exceptional employee training and development program, generous health and family-friendly benefits and extensive community involvement.

In addition to its Top 100 designation, SGI has been recognized previously as one of the Top 10 Employers in Saskatchewan, one of the Top Family-Friendly Employers in Canada, one of Canada's Best Diversity Employers and one of the Top Employers for Canadians Over 40.
